Courage for a Better Life

Once you develop your courage, you begin to better your life. Developing courage will help you take risks to a brighter future that you usually would not take. When you develop courage, you put fear behind you. Bravery is the process of admitting that you have fears, yet you are willing to determine a way to defeat those fears and not let these fears take charge of you. Yes, it is ok to embrace your fears at times.

When you develop courage, you will be able to decide the direction of your own life. You will learn to accept punishment and rewards graciously. A courageous person will frequently feel motivated to accept responsibility for their decisions while critiquing their actions and utilizing what they learn to move forward. Brave individuals will accept new opportunities, instead of making excuses when new opportunities come their way. On the other hand, a brave individual will also pause, examine, and learn from his or her errors as well.

A brave person willing to better their life will remain calm, even when plans fail. For example, if a well-designed plan fails the brave person will pause and examine why it failed without getting upset. We must remember decisions made in haste or anger will always fail.

To become successful and better your life you will need to learn how to trust yourself. When you trust your decisions, you are more able to trust others as well. Unfortunately, we live in a world where trust is difficult to find. So, you will have to have the confidence in your decision’s, and you will not blame other people when things go wrong. Understand not every decision you make will be good.

Bettering your life involves learning to listen to your thoughts and feelings. It also involves improving your health through proper nutrition, exercise, and meditation. The healthier you are the clearer your thoughts will be which will enable you to focus easier. When you live a healthy lifestyle, you will also gain more confidence at the same time. You will not fear becoming ill or your clothes not fitting properly. Instead you will walk with your head held high and with confidence.

Although occasionally in life, we will feel uncomfortable. In fact, this is common, and it is a good thing to have happen to you. That uncomfortable feeling means that you are feeling a challenge that you are unsure about. Every new and unexpected challenge is a chance for you to be brave and have self confidence that you can overcome it. Embrace every new challenge for they are only adding to your life’s experience, that you can draw from in the future when making decisions.

Being brave means, you can learn to accept the good with the bad. You are also able to learn how to live happier and always be able to improve your life without fear. Fear of failing often stops many people from being happy and successful. For example, passing on opportunities to meet and get to know new people can often lead to a life of loneliness.

To summarize being brave and having self confidence can and will improve your life, but you can not be brave and have self confidence on a part-time basis. You must be brave and have self-confidence every day. Nothing in life is every accomplished completely and successfully without 100% dedication.
